It's clear when searching for a new home, the very first step is to get
pre-qualified. You will then know what you can afford, have and estimate of you new
monthly payments, and an idea of the money you will need for closing costs.
There are many different programs one could apply and qualify for. There are

and 10 percent down. The key is what program is right for you and your family.
